Meet our Staff
Daniel Ghinn
Founder of Worship.Works
Daniel is the founder of Worship.Works and an experienced business leader who has spent more than 25 years exploring what it means to serve God through everyday work. His own journey of faith has shaped a deep conviction that work can be an expression of worship, ministry and discipleship.
Daniel regularly teaches and speaks on work-based ministry, encouraging Christians to discover how God can work through them in their day-to-day working lives.
Mel Lewis
Head of School
Passionate about Jesus and His Kingdom, Mel carries a vision for the impact the Church can have for the Kingdom of God here on earth.
As Head of School, Mel brings together a gift of teaching, local church leadership experience in the UK and Australia, and many years leading a Bible course – helping believers understand God’s Word and apply His truth into their lives.
Dionne Anane
Social Media Manager
Combining her creativity with clear messaging makes Dionne the ideal person to oversee our social media content. Our team has been blessed to have Dionne work with us part-time since May 2025 and we love the way she intentionally co-creates with God in her day-to-day work.
Our Ambassador
Anni Neumann
Worship.Works Ambassador
Anni has been connected to Worship.Works since January 2017 and we absolutely love her passion for God, for her work and for making her faith a practical part of her day-to-day work life. Anni has a wealth of experience as a work-based minister, working with our team to help develop and deliver our core teaching and mentor others.
Part of Anni’s role as an ambassador is to represent Worship.Works at events and to champion the organisation amongst the Church in the UK and abroad.
Meet our Trustees
Tendai Bwanya
Trustee
Tendai is a board member, strategic advisor, and leadership coach with over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. He also serves on a board of a national charity which is one of the most powerful and diverse coalitions ever assembled in the UK on a mission to build kinder, closer, and more connected communities.
Previously, Tendai was a partner at a Big Four professional services firm, where he led governance, risk, and regulation services for clients in the Investment Management and Private Equity sectors. While there, he sponsored the workplace Christian Fellowship of more than 700 members, equipping Christian colleagues to serve God in the marketplace.
Jonathan Jankowski
Trustee
Jonathan has worked across both secular and faith-based organisations, giving him a broad perspective on what it means to serve God wherever He places us. His experience has strengthened his conviction that our work and professional lives are an important part of the good works God has “prepared in advance for us to do”.
He brings this perspective and experience to Worship.Works as a trustee, helping support the ministry as it continues to grow and develop.
